I am sure you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you would like to return your product please send an email to me within 7 days of receipt to email@example.com explaining the reason for the return.
Once confirmed by me please post back the product in the original packaging - make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide a tracking number. No responsibility is taken by Casa Pampa if the print is lost in the post when returning so please ensure you use a trackable service.
Upon receipt of the returned print your money will be refunded (excluding any postage costs) back to your Paypal account.
If returning the product from outside the Netherlands, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Casa Pampa is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
The product must be in new condition. If the product is damaged or used it cannot be returned.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to Casa Pampa.
